Platform Architecture
Citadel's platform comprises multiple interconnected components that make up the decentralized hedge fund:
Model Submission: Data scientists submit their predictive models in encrypted form to the Citadel platform.
Data Encryption and Access: Citadel ensures the data provided to model creators is encrypted to prevent misuse while maintaining its utility for model training.
Tokenomics:
Citadel Token (CTD) is the platform's native cryptocurrency.
Model creators must stake CTD tokens on their predictions. If their models perform well, they earn additional CTD tokens. Conversely, poor performance results in the loss of staked tokens.
CTD is also used as the primary currency for accessing additional features and paying for premium data sets or model enhancements.
AI and ML Algorithms: Citadel's core engine ranks models based on their accuracy, efficiency, and consistency.
Performance Monitoring: The platform continuously tracks each model’s real-time performance in the stock market. Accurate models are rewarded, while those with low accuracy face penalties.
Decentralized Governance: Citadel is a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) where token holders can vote on platform upgrades, staking rules, and other key decisions. This ensures the community's input shapes the platform's direction.
